Rules
Scoring
- 1 point for each correctly tipped win
- Draws cannot be tipped. If a match ends in a draw, all participants receive zero points for that match, regardless of which team they selected.
- Bonus: 2 points for tipping all games correctly in a round (only awarded in rounds with at least 9 matches for AFL, or at least 8 matches for NRL)
who Can PLay
Free for Everyone – You don’t need to be a Container Traders customer to participate, but entry is restricted to Australian residents. Container Traders reserves the right to remove any participant who breaches the terms and conditions.
Tipping Deadlines
Tipping closes on a Game-by-Game basis 2 minutes before each match. Tips can be changed anytime before the cut-off.
Default Tips
- Missed tips: Participants who don’t enter tips will automatically receive Away Teams
- Late entrants: 0 points for each round they missed prior to registering.
Ladder Rankings
Final standings determined by:
- Total points
- If tied: Accumulated margin difference
Knockout Competition Rules
- Entry: Free
- Prize Pool: $1000.00
- Format: Select 1 team per round
- Once your selected team loses, you’re eliminated
- Last person standing wins
- Weeks that must pass before picking the same team to win is allowed : 4
